Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what we collect when you use isolatedstudy.in, why, and the choices you have.
1Information we collect
- Contact details — your name and email address when you sign up, buy, chat with support or contact us.
- Account & usage — your plan, credits, the questions you post, AI chats, files you upload, and how you use the site (pages, device, browser, approximate location, IP address).
- Payments — the order, amount, method and status. Card, UPI and bank details are entered on the payment provider's own page (PayU, PayPal, NOWPayments); we never see or store them. Screenshots you upload for manual payments are kept to verify the payment.
- Birth details for AI Astrology — only used to prepare your reading.
2How we use it
- To provide our services — expert answers, AI tools, reports, plans and support.
- To process payments, send receipts, and activate what you bought.
- To keep accounts safe — email verification codes, spam and fraud prevention.
- To send service emails and, if you have not unsubscribed, offers and updates.
- To understand which pages help students and improve the site.
3What we never do
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not share your data with schools, colleges or universities.
- We do not store card, UPI PIN or bank login details.
4Who we share it with
Only trusted providers who help us run the service, under their own privacy terms: payment providers (PayU, PayPal, NOWPayments, Binance), email delivery, cloud hosting and storage, and AI model providers that generate answers. Experts see only the question content they need to answer it. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
5Security & retention
We use HTTPS encryption, hashed passwords and restricted staff access. Support chats are kept for up to 120 days; account, order and question records are kept while your account is active and as required by law. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.
6Your choices & rights
- Access or correct your information from your dashboard or by contacting us.
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails with the link in any email.
- Manage cookies in your browser settings.
- Ask us to delete your account and data by emailing isolatedinfo@isolatedstudy.com.
7Children
Our services are for students aged 13 and above. If you are under 18, use the site with a parent's or guardian's permission.

Terms & Conditions
By using isolatedstudy.in, creating an account or buying anything you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.
1Who we are
“Isolated Study”, “we”, “us” or “our” means Isolated Study Education Center, owned by Manu Bhardwaj, registered/operational office at NH24, Mehrauli, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201002, India. “You” means the user or visitor of the website.
2Accounts
Provide accurate details and keep your login secure — you are responsible for activity on your account. New accounts are confirmed with a code sent to your email. One person may not create several accounts to collect free trials, vouchers or credits; such accounts may be removed.
3Our services
- Ask an Expert — step-by-step answers written by subject experts, for learning and reference.
- IsolatedAI & AI tools — answers, images, humanizer and quizzes are generated by AI models and may contain mistakes. Check important information.
- Reports — Turnitin / DrillBit similarity and AI-writing reports show the result of the check; they do not guarantee any score.
- AI Astrology — for guidance and entertainment, not medical, legal or financial advice.
4Academic integrity & acceptable use
Use our answers to understand and learn. You are responsible for following your institution's rules. Do not use the services for anything illegal, to harass others, to upload harmful or infringing content, to resell our content, or to attack, scrape or overload the site. We may suspend accounts that break these rules, without a refund.
5Plans, credits and prices
Plans are one-time payments for a fixed period (they do not renew by themselves). Credits, tokens and plan days are tied to the email they were bought for, have no cash value, and expire with the plan where stated. Prices are shown before you pay and may change; festival offers and vouchers apply only while valid and cannot be combined unless stated.
6Payments
You can pay by UPI, cards, net banking, PayPal, crypto and the manual methods shown at checkout. Payment providers may run their own checks and may decline a payment. Manual payments (UPI QR, Binance, local wallets) are activated after we verify them. You are responsible for any taxes or bank charges in your country. All purchases are final and non-refundable — see the Refund Policy.
7Your content
You keep ownership of the questions and files you upload, and give us permission to store and use them to provide the service (for example, sharing a question with an expert). We may remove content that breaks these Terms.
8Intellectual property
The website, its design, software and content are owned by Isolated Study or its licensors and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute them without permission.
9Disclaimers & liability
The services are provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service concerned.
10Termination
We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or misuse the services. You can stop using the services at any time.
11Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
12Changes & contact

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Once your payment is made and the plan, credits or service are added to your account (or your email), there is no refund, no cancellation and no partial refund — for any reason. Please read the plan details before you buy, or ask us on the chat first.
1All payments are final
Every purchase is final once paid — AI plans, Ask an Expert plans and question credits, Turnitin / DrillBit reports, astrology credits, Marketplace services and chatbot tokens, quiz / humanizer plans, Global Omegle plans and any other product — whether paid by UPI, card, net banking, PayU, PayPal, crypto, Binance, bKash, JazzCash, GCash or any other method. No refunds, cancellations, partial refunds or exchanges, including for unused tokens, questions, days or a change of mind.
2Cancellation
Plans are one-time payments and do not renew by themselves. If you ever have a recurring payment (for example a PayPal subscription), cancel it any time in PayPal or by contacting us — this stops future payments only; payments already made are not refunded.
3What we do fix (this is not a refund)
- You paid but the plan, credits or service were not added because of a fault on our side → we add them.
- You were charged twice for the same order → the duplicate charge is reversed.
- An expert answer or report was not delivered at all → we deliver it, or return the credit to your account.
Contact us within 7 days with your order number (starts with “IS”), the email you paid with and a payment screenshot.
4Not eligible — no refund
- Change of mind, or no longer needing the plan or service.
- Unused tokens, questions, credits or days, or a plan that has ended.
- Not liking an AI answer, AI reading or image — AI results vary by nature.
- Plagiarism / AI scores shown in a report.
- Problems caused by your device, internet connection or wrong details you entered (for example a wrong email).
- Accounts blocked for misuse or for breaking these Terms.
5Chargebacks and disputes
Please talk to us first — most problems are solved within hours. Opening a chargeback or dispute for a purchase that was delivered leads to the account being blocked, and remaining tokens, credits or plan time are forfeited.
