Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations

Cancellations are allowed to prevent future automatic payments. If you decide to cancel your subscription, it will be effective at the end of your current billing cycle. This means you will retain access to our services until the end of the period for which you have already paid, but no further charges will be applied.

Automatic Renewals

If you are on a subscription plan that includes automatic payments and you cancel your subscription before the end of the current period, your subscription will not renew for the next cycle. No further charges will be made to your account after the current subscription period ends.

Non-Refundable Circumstances
  • Services Already Provided: Once a service is delivered, it is considered consumed, and no refunds will be issued.
  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for a change of mind once a service is purchased.
  • Dissatisfaction: Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction with the service. We encourage feedbackto improve our offerings.
Exceptional Cases

In rare and exceptional cases, a partial refund may be considered. These cases are evaluated on an individual basis and are at the sole discretion of Isolated Study management.

Time Frame for Refund Requests

If you believe a refund is warranted under exceptional circumstances, you must submit a request within 24 hours of the transaction date. Requests made after this period will not be considered.
