1️⃣ Job Role: Jr. Relationship Executive (Only Male Candidates)

🔹 Attend and assist walk-in clients at branches.
🔹 Assess and appraise gold jewelry as per company standards.
🔹 Handle loan processing, documentation, and collateral verification.
🔹 Cross-sell financial products to meet branch targets.
🔹 Conduct field visits for business development.
🔹 Maintain branch records, security compliance, and account operations.
🔹 Regular follow-ups with customers for interest collection.

✔ Education: Minimum Graduate
✔ Experience: Freshers can apply

2️⃣ Job Role: Customer Care Executive (Only Female Candidates)

🔹 Manage customer interactions with professionalism and courtesy.
🔹 Generate leads and business for new loans.
🔹 Handle branch walk-ins and drive sales.
🔹 Promote gold loan propositions to HNI, corporate, and institutional clients.
🔹 Address customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
🔹 Cross-sell other financial products (insurance, NCDs, gold coins, etc.).
🔹 Maintain accurate records of meetings, leads, and conversions.

✔ Education: Minimum Graduate
✔ Experience: Freshers can apply

3️⃣ Job Role: Interns (Male & Female)

🔹 Work as frontline sales executives for branch operations.
🔹 Gain hands-on experience in banking operations and customer service.
🔹 After 6 months, performance evaluation will determine permanent placement with Muthoot Group.

💰 Stipend: ₹10,000 per month (Registered under NATS/NAPS)
