Job Role: Customer Care Representative (Voice Process)

Eligibility Criteria:

βœ” Education: Any Graduate/Undergraduate can apply.
🚫 Not Eligible: B.Tech, M.Tech, BCA, MCA, Law Graduates, or Regular Students.
βœ” Experience: Freshers welcome; experience in UK/US inbound calling (preferably in the banking sector) is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

πŸ“ž Handle inbound customer queries professionally and efficiently.
βœ… Ensure adherence to process guidelines and maintain high-quality service standards.
πŸ”„ Follow escalation protocols for unresolved issues.
🎯 Maintain first-call resolution and schedule adherence.
πŸ“Š Keep records updated in escalation logs, complaint trackers, and customer data security protocols.
πŸ’‘ Participate in team activities and implement feedback for continuous improvement.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent English communication (both verbal & written).
  • Strong telephone etiquette and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to handle UK/US customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
