π Handle inbound customer queries professionally and efficiently.

Ensure adherence to process guidelines and maintain high-quality service standards.
π Follow escalation protocols for unresolved issues.
π― Maintain first-call resolution and schedule adherence.
π Keep records updated in escalation logs, complaint trackers, and customer data security protocols.
π‘ Participate in team activities and implement feedback for continuous improvement.
