Roles & Responsibilities

Analytical Skills

• Analyze large collections of data efficiently.

• Create detailed reports and determine results based on data analysis.

Decision Making

• Make informed business and financial decisions quickly.

• Analyze data to make decisions such as stock selection or credit issuance.

Communication

• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members at all levels.

Project Management

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Organize and manage time efficiently to ensure project completion.

Qualifications

• Experience: 0 to 2 years in IRM, GRC, Cyber SecOps design, transition, or operations processes.

• Skills: Business analysis and configuration or administration of IRM, and SecOps modules of the ServiceNow Platform.

• Methodology: Understanding of Scrum methodology.

• Processes: Experience with System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes, including client requirement analysis and system design.

• Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to prioritize, and work independently with minimal supervision.

• Prior Experience: Experience with other GRC tools and platforms such as Archer, MetricStream, Open Pages, etc.
