\r\nJob Description:
Responsible for Hub opening & closing, supervising Sorters, planning and allocating bike and van delivery shipments, and ensuring team members are trained and aware of operational standards.
Sorting shipments, creating Runsheet/Pickup sheet, assigning daily work, preparing reports, executing ERP transactions, and handling cash collection, accounting, and reconciliation.
Participating in delivering shipments/pickups as per operational requirements, taking ownership of the team, handling grievances, and supporting the adoption of new policies/processes.
Tracking undelivered shipments, monitoring Wish master\'s performance, providing support on routes, and ensuring zero stock variance daily.
Achieving Key Performance Indicators of team members as per company goals.
Performing any other tasks assigned by management.
