As a Fullstack Engineer, your responsibilities will span both front-end and back-end development, involving coding in various languages, utilizing development frameworks, and integrating third-party libraries. Eligibility Criteria for BrowserStack Off Campus Drive 2024 Batch:

1. 1. Educational Qualifications:

   • Bachelor’s in Engineering (BE/B.Tech) or Dual Degree in any discipline.
   • Graduating in 2024 with a CGPA of 8.5 and above.

2. 2. Technical Skills:

   • Proficiency in any back-end language, with a preference for experience in Ruby on Rails.
   • Strong command of SQL and NoSQL database systems.

3. 3. Front-end Technologies:

   • Hands-on experience with front-end technologies, including HTML/CSS, JavaScript, XML, and jQuery.
   • Proficiency in at least one JavaScript framework, such as Angular or React.

4. 4. Programming Languages:
   

   • Good hands-on experience in at least one of the following: Ruby, Nodejs, Python, Javascript, or similar technologies.
   • 5. Methodologies:
   • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
   • 6. UX Proficiency:
   • Demonstrates a good sense of User Experience (UX).
   • 7. Fullstack Experience:
   • Previous experience as a Fullstack Engineer is considered a significant advantage.
   • 8. Version Control:
   • Proficient in using version control tools, with a focus on Git.
   • 9. Client-Side Development:
   • A strong understanding of client-side development.
   • 10. Attention to Detail:
   • Exhibits good attention to detail, enabling rapid iteration of product/platform features.
   • 11. Analytical Skills:
   • Possesses an analytical mindset with aggressive problem-diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills.
   • 12. Communication:
   • Effective communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with global business and technical teams.

   • Demonstrates a startup mentality, exhibiting a high willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.
