Myntra\'s Off-Campus Drive in 2024 presents exciting opportunities for freshers in the role of Data Analysts. As part of this dynamic team, your responsibilities will revolve around influencing demand on the platform through strategic pricing and promotional initiatives, all while considering the platform\'s Profit and Loss (PnL) statement. The team actively engages in daily tasks related to pricing and promotional offers, ensuring that both top-line and bottom-line targets are successfully achieved.

A crucial aspect of this role involves seamless coordination with internal teams and other stakeholders, specifically in the realm of daily pricing operations. Additionally, you\'ll play a key role in analyzing platform-level metrics, aiming to identify areas for improvement or optimization. This analysis is geared towards isolating problems and recognizing strengths, ultimately contributing to the team\'s efforts to enhance Return on Investment (ROI).

Roles & Responsibilities:

• • Monitor and analyze key metrics, including revenue per unit, gross margin, provisioning liquidation, conversion rates, average order value, customer acquisition, and the performance of top styles.
• • Collaborate with the analytics team to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights to enhance future performance.
• • Liaise with the finance team to ensure accurate Profit and Loss (P&L) reporting for the portfolio.
• • Reconcile discounts with brand associates for the funding of sale day properties.
• • Keep a vigilant eye on discounting/pricing for key brands on other portals to ensure parity and anticipate customer switching.
• • Conduct in-depth analysis of trends related to inventory, revenue, stock cover, and the impact of marketing initiatives.
• • Act as an influencer within the organization, collaborating with various teams and stakeholders to meet goals and project timelines.
• • Establish reporting processes to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
• • Conduct sales forecasting and trend analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
• • Develop innovative and robust analyses that contribute to shaping new dimensions of pricing strategy.
