Position: Customer Support Associate (Domestic Process)
Job Location: Noida (100% Work from Office)
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide real-time chat support to customers.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering prompt resolutions.
Eligibility Criteria:
✔ Communication Skills: Proficiency in English & Hindi (both written and verbal).
✔ Qualification: Graduate & Undergraduate candidates are eligible.
✔ Experience: Open to both Freshers & Experienced professionals.
✔ Work Schedule:
- 6-day work week with rotational week offs.
- 24/7 rotational shifts (Female employees: Shifts between 7 AM - 7 PM, 9-hour shifts).
Compensation & Benefits:
💰 Salary Package: ₹1.90 LPA - ₹2.95 LPA
📌 Additional Benefits: PF & ESIC
