Responsibilities:

1. Interacting with customers via calls on weekdays.
2. Scheduling counselling sessions with parents for weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
3. Conducting counselling sessions with parents over weekends to identify child learning style challenges.
4. Providing solutions leveraging the unique selling points (USPs) of the Byjus product.
5. Working six days a week.
