Plan projects and assist in the large-scale, high-risk, strategic initiatives that are being executed by the project plan.
Ascertain the resources needed for the job.

Correctly align the project team and customer with the SAP delivery methodology: Activate, Agile, Best Business Practices, and Model Company.
Evaluate the risk, create backup plans, and determine who is responsible for what trigger events and when to take mitigating action.
Early on in the project, notify account and delivery management of any problems and/or escalate them.
To achieve the projected business value, strike a balance in the trade-off of the three constraints: time, cost, and scope.
